Services

Website Development

1. Scope: YOUNIC TECH will provide website development services as per the agreed specifications and requirements.
2. Timeline: Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of the project.
3. Revisions: Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions, which will be detailed in the project proposal.

Digital Marketing, SEO, and Social Media Marketing

1. Strategy: YOUNIC TECH will devise and implement strategies tailored to the Client’s business goals.
2. Performance: While YOUNIC TECH aims to improve the Client’s digital presence and performance, we do not guarantee specific results due to the nature of digital marketing.
3. Reporting: Regular reports will be provided to track the progress and effectiveness of the campaigns.

Google Ads and Facebook Ads

1. Campaign Management: YOUNIC TECH will manage and optimize ad campaigns on behalf of the Client.
2. Ad Spend: The Client is responsible for the ad spend budget, which will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
3. Compliance: YOUNIC TECH will ensure that all ads comply with the respective platforms’ policies.

Payment Terms

1. Invoices: Invoices will be issued based on the agreed payment schedule.
2. Payment Due: Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
3. Late Payments: Late payments may incur a late fee and may result in a suspension of services until the payment is made.

Client Responsibilities

1. Collaboration: The Client agrees to provide necessary information, content, and feedback in a timely manner to facilitate the completion of the project.
2. Access: The Client must provide YOUNIC TECH with access to relevant accounts and platforms as required for the services.
3. Accuracy: The Client ensures that all information provided to YOUNIC TECH is accurate and up-to-date.

Confidentiality

1. Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.
2. Data Protection: YOUNIC TECH will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: The Client retains ownership of all intellectual property provided to YOUNIC TECH.
2. License: The Client grants YOUNIC TECH a limited license to use the intellectual property solely for the purpose of providing the services.
3. Deliverables: Upon full payment, the Client will own the final deliverables produced by YOUNIC TECH, excluding any third-party components.

Termination

1. Notice: Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice.
2. Breach: In case of a breach of these terms, the non-breaching party may terminate the agreement immediately.
3. Refunds: Any refunds will be at the discretion of YOUNIC TECH and will depend on the stage of project completion.

Limitation of Liability

YOUNIC TECH will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. Our total liability for any claims arising from the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for those services.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jalandhar Jurisdiction , and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jalandhar Jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

YOUNIC TECH reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is the Client’s responsibility to review these terms regularly.
